FLIGHT SCHEDULE

  • Flight Information will be sent out to all travelers. You may select to join the tour guides or purchase your flight on your own.

  • If you desire to purchase your own flight outside of the tour guides please note that you must arrive on the arrival day of the group. If you arrive on a earlier or later date we will assist with coordinating travel pickup.

TRAVEL NOTES

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates.

  • The group flight will leave U.S. on July 8 arrive in Kenya on July 9

  • The group will depart Johannesburg on July 17 and arrive in the U.S. on July 18


TERMS AND POLICIES

  • Booking Fee: $100 (Non-refundable, due by June 1, 2025)

  • 50% refundable until January 1, 2026

  • 25% refundable until March 1, 2026

  • No refunds after April 1, 2026
