FLIGHT SCHEDULE

  • Flight Information will be sent out to all participants. You may select to join the group or purchase your flight on your own.

  • If you desire to purchase your own flight outside of the group please note that you must arrive on the arrival day of the group. If you arrive on a earlier or later date we will assist with coordinating travel pickup..

TRAVEL NOTES

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates.

  • The group flight will leave U.S. on July 27 arrive in Cairo on July 28th.

  • The group will depart Cairo on Aug 3 and arrive in the U.S. on Aug 4.

Terms And Polices

  • Deposits are nonrefundable

  • 50% (excluding flight fees) refundable until December 1st, 2023

  • 25% (excluding flight fees) refundable until April 1st, 2024

  • No refunds after June 1st, 2024

 

Payment Schedule ( Flexible Payment Plan)

  • Payment Plan ( Per Person Double and Single Occupancy)

  • $300 Deposit: Per Person due August 1, 2023 (Non-refundable)

  • After your deposit, payments start at $100 and may be paid per your discretion

  • Final Payment: Per Person Due May 1st 2024
